What’s the biggest goal you’ve ever set for yourself? Setting big goals is how you grow, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful that can be. One of my best examples is Beth. She was brand new to real estate, just got her license, and joined our team with zero experience—but a huge drive. From day one, she set a goal that most new agents wouldn’t even dream of: $5 million in sales in her first full year.

Beth made this bold declaration at our annual awards gala. She set a goal to hit $5 million in sales in her first full year, which is not a small number, especially in Tulsa where the average home price is under $300,000. If you do the math, that’s a lot of homes to sell in one year. But Beth didn’t just set the goal and committed to it. She put in the work, stayed focused, and kept pushing forward.

As the last quarter of the year rolled around, Beth was so close to hitting that milestone. Then, in December, she had a buyer who needed to move before the end of the year. This was her chance to cross that finish line.

With the help of our trusted partners—our lenders, title company, and insurance team—Beth pulled it off. In less than three weeks, during the holiday season no less, she got her buyers into their new home. And just like that, she hit her $5 million goal. We love celebrating moments like this at our awards gala, and I can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next. Something tells me it’s going to be even bigger and better.
